Our Team, Infrastructure & Platform (I&P), is part of the Hypoport hub IT department. I&P handles all necessary system provisions and server maintenance on-premise using VMWare as well as Azure or AWS. Additionally, we are advising on server planning and realization of server installation across the Hypoport network.

The I&P team consists of 14 members who are eagerly committed to provide the best service possible. Their goal? Develop a scalable, innovative and reliable server infrastructure and multi-cloud-platform for everyone in the Hypoport network.

Your daily hype

Together with your team members, you are responsible for the maintenance and evolution of our AWS and Ansible based automation-platform.
Implementing and planning changes made to AWS and/or Azure environment.
Providing support and knowledge for deployment strategies to ensure smooth operation for server based applications.

What's so hype about you ?

Main qualifications should revolve around your expertise in automation and cloud specific work.
Experience working with VMWare/ESXi/VSphere
Ability to set up Ansible-Playbook independently.
Extensive knowledge in Git and GitHub
You are up-to-date with disruptive tech in fields of automation, cloud services and DevOps.
A keen interest in always extending your knowledge of automation, cloud services and DevOps
Fluent in English with a basic knowledge of German and willing to expand your German skills.
You understand all relevant server infrastructure needs across the Hypoport network members and can advise on areas of concern and deploy changes independently
